USA Tool Warehouse Scam to get your credit card info, steal your money, and never deliver any tools

Order placed 11/18. Credit card charge posted 11/19. No information or merchandise received by 12/9. Phoned 1 800 939 8665 and sent email to address from USA Tool Warehouse website. Person on phone said he was just call center and was incapable of accessing any order information. He said I would have to speak to "Todd Morgan" and he would transfer me. Got voice mail and left message. Never received any response or any product. Email was returned 12/9 as undeliverable.
Web search also turned up Network Tool Warehouse, ntxtools.com, and spxstore.com as the same outfit. Sent email to info at ntxtools.com 12/9. Received response from dillon james at usatoolwarehouse.com apologizing for delay and advising that my tools had shipped several days ago. Tools never arrived.
Follow up emails to info at ntxtools.com and dillon. James at usatoolwarehouse.com as well as voice mail to Todd Morgan - all produced no response. Fraud report filed with credit card company.
