Ripoff - took the money but never fixed a darn thing!

This company left Rhode Island - VERY shortly after I called their main office in Massachusetts and threatened a lawsuit. They may have gone out of business (surprise!). But, just in case they try to pick up somewhere else - STAY THE HELL AWAY!

They were verbally abusive. Every time they couldn't get the problem fixed, they kept telling me "something else is wrong, and it will cost X amount of dollars to fix" to the "tune" of over $1200 to fix an air conditioner on my car. They came up with EVERY excuse in the book - hell, they even wrote a few chapters!

I should have walked away, but I figured I was in so deep, I was determined that they would fix it to my satisfaction. What a nightmare company to deal with! The "executives" were just as bad as the local employees.incompetence was the name of the game here.
