Horrible Experiences - Oil Change / Tire Replacement

This NTB takes over 4 hours just to change the oil in my car even if their not busy. When I got a worn out tire replaced, the manager at the time was showing me the old tire when he dropped it on my foot and didn't appoligize or anything. They also over charged me for the tire and when I brought it to their attention, the lady at the front had a horrible attitude and refused to give me the difference. I called the district manager and he didn't call me back the first time so I called him again a week later and he finally called me back and got the issue resolved. When I went saturday morning, they estimated it would take 2 hours for an oil change and they had my car for over 5 hours when i finally called them and they apparently forgot to call me when it was ready even though she called me to tell me all this extra stuff it needed totalling close to $600 and when I told her no, (because one of my friends is a mechanic) she got an attitude and hung up. I barley drove my car until monday morning and while driving down 287 my car started shaking horribly and cracked my dash. I refuse to take my car back because of the past so this afternoon I am taking my car to Discount Tire to get the tires balanced since NTB failed to check that when they rotated them. Im not a mechanic and I even know you have to do that. This place has lost a lot of business of people I know. Also, I drive a sports car and for some reason they like to rev the engine and drive it fast through the parking lot. They already caused my dash to crack and I don't want them to wreck my car too.
