I hired an automobile in the Pittsburgh Airport through Avis on 11/14 and delivered the vehicle on 11/15, significantly less than a day later. I obtained a telephone call in regards to a week later from Loss-Prevention, who can't speak Language, requesting after I was likely to return the vehicle. Long story short, Avis charged my charge card one more $382.00 without notice. After 9 calls along with a month later to customer support, who's ineffective, I had been guaranteed a reimbursement in 3 to 10 business days. That point has come and eliminated. I arrived at discover the reimbursement was never posted as guaranteed. I can not talk for anybody else, but that's lots of cash to cost somebody who has accomplished nothing improper except use Avis. Trust me, my family and friends WOn't ever create that error again.
