Amoco motor club Provides NO Services and delays reimbursement for up to 6 weeks

BP Motor club can not or will not contract with any towing services in my area. They will ask you to find your own service to tow you and they will reimburse you up to $250 for the tow. However, they do not tell you that once you file your claim (because they could not provide the service) it will take them up to six weeks for you to receive reimbursement.in the meantime, they will happily charge your credit card your membership fees. My car was disabled on December 11, filed my claim on December 12 and as of December 28 I phoned to see what was holding up my claim. The CSR told me they recieved it, but it would take at least another two weeks before I saw reimbursement. I asked to speak to her supervisor, was placed on hold and subsequently "disconnected".
