GE motor club over charged my goverment debit card even after I repeated twice she was saying the wrong amount I was paying. Riddle, Oregon

I called aarp motoring plan that I have already belonged to but wanted to upgrade the towing from 5 miles since 5 miles would get me no where out here in the boonies. She explaned it would cost 25.00 more till the end of the year when my term was up. I agreeded to that. Then I heard her say that will be $66.98 I quickly said no it is $25.00 for aug to dec 09. She said yes she was mistaken. I had to leave town for an emergency and decided to check the charges on my goverment issue debit card and found she charged $66.98 She knew the exact amount she was to charge. And she fraudulantly took the wrong amount of money off my card. I think this should be a criminal act because they were closed when I discovered this and I know when I can tomorrow am she will tell me it will take weeks to get a refund even though it took seconds to take my money. I am disabled and will not be able to be able to pay a bill now and she should be punished for doing it on purpuse since I corrected her twice on the amount. Now I want all my money back and will go with another company. Not thieves
