I journeyed to New Delhi from Minneapolis on Dec 05 from DeltaNorthwestKLM Airlines. The very first trip Minneapolis to Montreal got postponed because of some preservation problems. I expected them that I've a connecting trip for Amsterdam with the MSP-YUN obtaining delayed I won’t have the ability to capture my next trip to Amsterdam. Today at that time of boarding for AMS-DEL flight run by KLM, a girl in the table explained that she was not able to discover my reservation within the trip. It got me fifteen minutes to describe the whole situation then just she began searching for my schedule and offered me boarding pass for Delhi and that I achieved Delhi with no crisis but issues were worst over there.

I waited for my baggage in the future on the gear. It required 70 units until last luggage arrived on the scene but mine were lacking. When requested, A KLM government position over there explained that my luggage didn’t included the trip. He was having a summary of 25 passengers’ roughly whose luggage didn’t appear. I submitted a study over there and went my house. Three nights later when my luggage reached my house I came across plenty of material missing from both bags. I wonder if US government has some system for patients or rules for Airlines to ensure that straight forward conversation may appear between company and customer.
