I came with my spouse in the airport atleast 35 minutes before our planned trip to Mexico simply to be informed by among the flight workers that we we are not likely to be permitted to panel since we were "overdue". I looked over the final time and stated to her the trip would not keep for atleast another half-hour and required to become prepared instantly so we're able to panel.

She refused our demand and began fighting around concerning the period we really came, then merely suggested the trip was shut to help boarding and there is nothing she might do. She described anything about "protection rules" needing guests to become in the table atleast 2 hours just before starting which there's a "cutoff period for boarding" but she could not answer fully the question of what goes on if somebody stands in-line within 2 hours as well as their luggage does not get examined prior to the 45-minute cutoff, does which means that they are late also and therefore are they refused boarding?

I simply couldnot understand how can it be that having over 30 minutes until takeoff we simply couldnot panel. Alternatively, she provided another trip but was not able to discover one for that same day and undoubtedly she stated there'd be "fines". Another $300 to place us on another trip! Let me make it clear I thought scammed, furious, disappointed, and incredibly sour concerning the entire point. My spouse and that I were getting excited about this journey and alternatively we discovered how crazy these methods are. We still have no idea whether it's the airways, the TSA, the airports or what, we simply realize that this really is no method to handle tourists.
