National Asset Recovery
Paid off repo fees and now I have to wait to make an appointment to get my car back

So I had my car repossessed which was sad but fair. The Finance company treated me in a professional manor. The National repo company was pleasant. Then came the problem, the car was towed over 100 miles away to Waite Park MN
to Asset Recovery. When I called there to get information about taking possession of my vehicle after it was paid, I was told I had to wait 2 hours for the paperwork to be completed. The female on the phone was rude while I was still calm and pleasant. She would not let me leave my home to drive there as they REQUIRE an appointment, and they only were available from 10am to 3pm. I do not know about the rest of you but most people work between these hours. I was told I had to wait until tomorrow (in another rude attitude) but that she could not tell me where specifically where to go get my car until I call @9 am, and that I had to be there by 10 for my appointment. Only problem living in Minnesota the roads reduce my driving speed and I will not make it there in one hours time. So they will most likely not allow me to get my vehicle. Why do they not have reasonable business hours so people can get their autos out of their impound? The car has been paid for yet they hold it in a undisclosed location with unreasonable hours and rude staff!!
