Charged me hundreds of extra dollars for someone who should have been taken off my insurance for 2 years

I have been loyal customer with Geico insurance for the last 6 years. I had my boyfriend on my insurance for a awhile, but due to A D.U.I. His license was suspended. I told geico about this when it first happened 2 years ago and told them to remove him from my insurance. They told me they would, so i never thought anthing of it. Recently, about a month ago, i called geico with a question about something different, and was shocked when they asked me to update my info and verifiy my boyfriends name and license number. I told them that he doesn't drive, and that his license had been suspended for the past 2 years. The rep kept saying"are you sure?"etc. After i repeatedly told him yes, he informed me that i was still paying for him to be on my insurance, and that my rates will go down. I had been paying extra for the past 2 years for this. When i asked them to credit me they flat out said no. They then told me there's nothing they can do for me. I asked them how he could even be on it, if he doesn't even have a license. Their response was, how do we know he wasn't driving!!!?? Which is stupid, because you can't even be insured without a license, so even if he did drive, (which he didn't) he wouldn't be covered anyway. I told them this wasn't right and that they should credit me or something, and they just kept saying "no"I cannot believe how greedy they are. This is a multimillion dollar company, and they won't even credit me for something that is their fault. I have paid them hundreds of extra dollars for this, and they won't even do anything for me. I have never even filed a claim before. I will be cancelling my insurance as soon as i get a new company, but geico is nothing but a bunch of lying thieves.
