Quoted a pick up and didnt abide by it. Already deducted funds well before pick up

Am very frustrated with this company. Told them that I was leaving to Maine on Dec 17 and that my car needed to be there. They then quoted a pick up date (s) of December 9-10. Here it is now, December 14 and I have called the company yet again. I have stressed the importance of my car being in Maine by the 17th because of a job that I am starting and my car is my only form of transport. Have been told each day that I call this company that the driver is the one that needs to call me before pick up. I am now waiting on a call from the manager. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!
