Packed up and moved. I can't find them. They don't answer the phone. They have my vehicle

I bought a car from this place. It turned out to be a piece of junk. I paid 1,500 for it but on the transfer of lic/title paper they claimed I paid $800. Buying a piece of junk is my own fault and I take responsibility for that.
More important, I left a vehicle there for them to sell for me. Now they have packed up and moved without calling me. I tried calling and the number has been changed but nobody answers.
If anyone can give me any information about where they have moved, please post.
I am worried because with that vehicle still in my name, I could be in big trouble if anyone drives it and gets in a wreck.
