Paid Cash for Car. Never Delivered. Out $8000

On Dec. 28th I paid CASH for a vehicle at Orlando Auto Brokers Inc at, at their South OBT Location. It is January 23rd, and I still have not received the vehicle. I have called many times. I have called the other locations. I am out over $8000 and my vehicle is no longer on the lot. I signed a contract, they cashed my check and the vehicle it was agreed would have new carpet installed prior to delivery. This is a terrible dealership to deal with, and they rip you off. Do not give them any money until you receive the car. I am going to have to pursue them legally I guess, as I have no other alternatives.
