Bad dealer stole items off my vehicle never again dont deal with honda of downtown los angeles

TOOK MY vehicle to the dealer for repairs, when i came to pick it up dealer had stole my license plates!!! And replaced them with there dealer paper plates martin service manager claim he had no idea what i was talking about never again void at all costs! They had no authorization to remove any item!
