Knowingly lied through their teeth

My husband passed away in Oct. I moved to Saint John NB in 2006. I bought a 2007 Saturn Ion Quad coupe. I had my payments taken directly from my account. Well in 2009 GMAC housing corp bought the apt building I was living in. I couldn't find an apartment in the city that would allow me to keep my dog. I decided to move back to my house in September. I had a lot of problems after moving back. I had to get power back into my home. That took a week to do so. I had to return to work which is a 45 min drive from where i live. Then my dog got sick with parvo and died, subsequentially my 2 puppies came down with the same sickness. All of this happened in Oct. I came home from work on Nov 20th and a gentleman drives into the yard and asks me if I am Mavis Fitzherbert to which I replied "yes". He informed me he was there to repo my car. He asked me if I was just getting home from work. He was very rude when I told him I wanted to see the paperwork first before I handed him my keys.
