Kenna Yapa, customer relations manager HIGHLY ORGRANIZED FRAUD!

Beware of sunrise ford!!! This dealer operates in a completely fraudulent, but very criminally organized and systematic manner - which involves everyone from the salesman, to the sales manager, finance rep and then finally Kenna Yapa, the "customer relations manager". They keep you there for HOURS, offer a reasonable package (after explaining that you can't negotiate the price if you opt to get the rebates/incentives), have you sign the finance docs, then right before you leave find some "minor" error and quickly rush you through another signing while taking from you and ripping up the original contract. The new contract, however, adds thousands in options which you never originally signed up for and DOES NOT include the original agreed upon incentives/rebates. This also happened with the federal "Cash for Clunkers" program which the government clearly states that refunds given for clunkers do not replace any additional rebates offered by the dealer. Anyway - once you buy the vehicle you are hounded by the salesman and customer relations manager to complete their corporate headquarters survey with 100% satisfaction rating in every category; however, when you promptly report to them their "error" with the loan documents you will be stalled with promises to resolve the issue, but ofcourse, never hear back from them as promised by their "customer relations manager" Kenna Yapa. I wish I would've stuck with Toyota. I was trying to be patriotic and support the American economy by buying Ford, and benefiting from their great "rebates/incentives"- never again. BTW - the brand new car was recalled after just 3 months of ownership. Never again!!! P.S. See other reports for Sunrise Ford in No Hollywood as well as other locations.
