Scam company that has no sympathy or understanding for the clients. Clients are not first with them show me the money!

This bank is a scam bad enough people may have blemishes on their credit and to be harrassed while attempting to correct those issues is ridiculous. I am stuck in a hole either way the cut goes as a vehicle was financed through them a buddy deal I am sure and the vehicle was not checked by the bank just went on the dealers word well I have been repairing the vehicle since I purchased it 12 months ago. So to pay a note and pay for repairs is hard you would think the bank would take that in consideration "nope" just show me the money. The collections manager is a joke quick to send out orders for repo yes, I have had some payments returned as after the payments are made repairs are needed a vicious cycle. Need the vehicle to get to work to make money to pay the note so when a repair is needed guess what happens??? It is the holiday wknd and they are threatening repossession on Thanksgiving!!! I am so pissed with this company I would give it to them but, then I will have to pay for something I don't have and the icing on the cake is I can pay the note on Monday when normal business hours resume. I have definitely marked them in my calendar of not to deal with and suggest others not to as well. I truly beleive the dealerships get kick backs from this bank and that is why they place people with them. BEWARE OF THIS BANK as this has been the worst auto financing deal I have ever experienced.
