Auto maxx, is a very bad company to deal with they are a tot the note company and my experiance with them has been a nightmare, when i first purchased my vehicle they were very nice after the contract was signed they treated me less then a human, my car broke down in there lot when i went to make a paymnt after having it for 90days and replacing the alternator and the spark plugs and changing the oil, the manager said that they will have the car sent to the repair shop, which he did went to pick the vehicle up 4 days later they told me the charges would be 580.00 asked what was done and why didn't they call to inform me, i was told by the manager that they didn't have to call me and they put a alternator on the vehicle told the manager that was impossible i had just had a alternator put on the vehicle and if he woould have called me i could have had the repair comapny to replace it, said that he always have problems out of blacks, and got real ignorant with me, asked to see the receipt for the repairs said that he didn't have the receipt yet, told he manager that i was not paying for the repair said that i will not be taken my vehicle. Eventually he let me leave with the vehicle, when making my car payments they take money from my car payments and place it toward the reapir cost, and call my home every day threatening to reposses my vehicle and talk to me like a dog. These are the worse people in the world to deal with they have me stressed out from the whole ordeal, expalined to them they cannot place my money where they want to, they told me they can place my monies where thewant to place it and if i have a problem with my bill then return the vehicle.
