SWAT, Dan Wessels Sold me a pile of iron and called it a truck

On 11-16-09 I found a truck on ebay that looked like a good truck. Called Mr. Dan and was told that it was in good shape and that they were actually using it. Told him I would take it if he would deliver it and give a 30 day engine/transmission, no major leak warrany. He said he would.
Was informed that he had a trailer coming this way in two days and needed the money wired right away so that he could work the delivery of the truck in, too. Wired the money and waited all day to hear about when and where to meet for delivery of the truck.
Finally, at 3 in the afternoon, recieved a fax that the truck was dropped off a truckstop 45 miles away and the keys were above the visor. Called swat and asked how come they couldn't even stick around to represent their machine. I was told that "Dan" had a "Family Emergency" and had to rush home.
Upon inspection of truck found that it was leaking antifreeze into the motor oil. Pretty sure this falls under engine and no major leak warranty. First thing the next morning (saturday, convienient) called dan and was told he was out deer hunting, some family emergency.
From here on out I have the same story, no way to get a hold of dan, no response whatsoever.
Talked to a lawer, found out that the company is supposedly owned by an llc in Las Vegas. Talked to the Grant county Sheriff, was told that they have served a lot of summons to this guy already.
How many people does this guy have to cheat before he is called to account for it? Small claimes court won't enforce any judgements against him, and I doubt that any judgements will be paid. What good does a lien do?
Is there not some sort of criminal action that could be taken against him? What does it take to get a business licence revoked?
Please, someone with some pull, get all of us ripped of swat patrons together and help stop him from ripping off someone else!
