Wheni got sick i gave 2weeks not i was quit. Trk brk dwn. They put on my dak i abandon the trk. I didn't i called ev day

When i went home for time off i got sick. When i got sick i gave my notice that i was quiting. I called every day. The truck tore up and to be towed to fraight liner. When i called to pickup ther truck and take it to the terminal jb hunt had already sent someone to pick it up. They told me not worry about it. I foundout later wheni went to get a job he had put on my dak report i had abandon the truck when i didn't. (a couple months ago i got a ticket in ohio, the cop that gave me the ticket was a friend of my dispatchers. He wanted me to pay the ticket. He told me if i fought the the ticket i wood regret it! I fought the ticket. I believe thats why he put on my dak report i had abandon the truck when i didn't. He didn't want me to make him look bad to friend who gave the ticket. There is no other reason.) i haven't worked in almost 2 months. I have lost my drivers licens, my van and i'm fixing to lose my place to stay.in other words i'm fixing to be homeless because of this falsavcation on my dak report. I have lost everything! I can't get a job untill this falsavacation has ben tooken off my dak report. Jb hunt has alowed my dispatcher to falsafie my dak report. They seem to have a very bad reputation of doing this.
