Would not exchange u bolts for correct size. Charged me $5.70 and they were never opened! Kansas

I bought 4 u bolts for a SUV. They were the wrong size. I took the 3 unopened ones back to exchange for the correct size. I didnt bring the opened one back as it was my fault and its hard to sell opened packages. I was spending another $270.00 in there that same day also. They refused to exchange the clean, new, unopened u bolts for the correct ones. They charged me $5.70 to exchange them and get the right size ones!!! What a dishonest rip off. I left all the other items I was purchasing there and just went ahead and got the correct size.

I have never been ripped off by a company I have done so much business with. $5.70 is no big deal, but they said it is company policy.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. So long Atwoods!!!
