I actually received the merchandise I ordered, but I ordered the wrong size. When I inquired as to how I could exchange it, I was told by someone called ""chunglesley" at uggsforservice.com that it was very expensive to return the boots, since they came from China, and that if I would order another pair in the correct size, they would give me a 50% discount.
