Bay Ridge Nissan
Sales Dealers deceive the customers, very rough, unpleasant and have the nasty behavior

I was in the Bay Ridge Nissan on 11/08 for just looking cars only. Manager Dmitry asked to fill in an application for the future. He has taken my credit card for check up my Credit History. I didnt sign any receipt. I have looked 2 years old car & manager didnt allowed for me try it on the street & even start up the engine! He has offered to pay:
- License Plate Fee $350 (according to DMV information $25 only!)
- Title Fee $800 (according to DMV information $50 only!)
- Banks Loan open Fee $800 (according NYS Law $75 only!)
- Registration Fee $399 (Should include three specified above positions)
- Preparation Fee $399 He has told: if I shall replace the Bank, he will increase the car price for $3000.
I have understood that he is slicker (criminal of base character). I have refused and left from the shop without the car. At evening I have found out that my credit card was charged by Bay Ridge Nissan on $500! On 11/09 I have returned to the shop. The personnel were rough and unpleasant. Manager Dmitri has refused to inform his last name & License # of the Dealer Shop. He has become to threaten to my wife & me! He has very angry & has told to security to not pass up me in the shop.
I certify that the charge $500 was not made by me, nor were the goods or services represented by the transaction received by me. I ask of your protection against the spiteful hooligan & slicker manager Dmitry!
