My car was hit by a person who has allstate i had to file a claim thru them because the other person wouldnt do it and they couldnt get in contact with the person who hit my car so allstate told me that if they cant get issue me a rental car before speaking with him and if they never get in contact with him then ill have to wait 30 to 45 days to get and adjuster to give me a car are u serious come on i had to go to work i couldnt wait for 30 days or more this company sucks
