Why do you accept appointments if you have no intention of honoring them?

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was told that it would take an hour to get my car in.

Do you people understand time?

I bought my snow tires from you and spent $450. I didn't much care for the service then.
Although this was only an oil change, I need tires in the spring. So you just blew $500. Because I'll never come back.

I hope the spread the word about how you run you business. With luck, you people will all be out on the street because you have no idea how to run a shop.
