I flew Emirates from Mumbai to LA via Dubai on September 15th. On arrival at poor, I had been educated by floor-team that my carrier hadn't appeared and was left out in Dubai. They stated the first they might provide the carrier was 24 hours later (24-hours after I'd arrived). Since I have was on the company journey with conferences planned the following morning, I'd no option-but to purchase apparel and toiletries for that following day.

I posted the late luggage claim type as needed from the airlines. Many telephone calls over per week elicited no reaction from Emirates.

On returning in the journey I again delivered many emails to client providers who first replied to inform me the 'problem had been researched'. Over per month later, after delivering numerous reminders, they stated "Like A motion of goodwill, without bias or entrance of responsibility, we're very happy to consider fair compensation for that expense borne to buy important components of an instantaneous need e.G. Garments and toiletries throughout the interval your luggage was postponed". It was on 22 October.

I sent them the bills on a single time. It's today per month later plus they haven't answered for the mail.

I'm genuinely ashamed with Emirates and certainly will never contemplate traveling this flight again.
