Travel problems on Dubai flight

I've existed in SA. For 33years due to household obligations I've needed to go british and return via emirates twice recently. During my remain in british i dropped my SA. Identification guide and my credit card. On 22February ref. BLE1YZA1 I had been to abandon Heathrow. On attempting to sign in I had been informed I'd not be permitted to journey and should rebook in UK. Having a return ticket the trip control appeared indifferent to my pleading I'd my SA operating license evidence of home and evidence of purchase of solution in Durban.

Fundamentally the emirates stewardess recommended I be permitted about the airplane to Dubai but wouldn't be released having a boarding pass Dubai Durban.By this time around I had been a nervous damage imagining being stuck in Dubai penniless. On appearance in Dubai I had been welcomed with a beautiful courtious stewardess who released me having a boarding pass, and stated she couldn't comprehend the problem. My carrier was offloaded in Dubai and also the stewardess said there is a 50/50 possibility of setting it up about the airplane to Durban. I came Durban experienced immigration no problem. My carrier also came broken having a wheel damaged off. I should include aside from these sad situations support was exceptional.
