Terrible service

Why does it Take UPS 4 days to deliver a 2nd day overnight? Knowing my pkg was to be late and I wouldn't be home on the rescheduled day I tried to arrange a pick-up since where I was going was close to pick-up location, but they couldn't tell me where my pkg would be. I called back at 730AM when the website said arrived in Houston to find out it was already on the truck. My pkg needs a signiture and I had planned on being home the orignal delivery day now I don't know when I will get my pkg, I guess try to pick up Sat. The weather wasn't an issue from the ship location to mine. This happens everytime with UPS now DSX was at least consistant along with FEDEX. Of course I looked to send customer coments on their site, couldn't find it. Just dissapointed whth UPS.
