Citgo regular unleaded gas
Higher price at pump than on sign

11/07 the exterior indication exhibits normal unleaded gasoline 87 $2.66. When I was pushing I observed about the push the cost was $2.73. I ended pushing went inside to allow the cashier understand the push was incorrect. She explained that should you spend by credit or bank card it's 7 pennies more a gallon than should you spend by money. Is that this legitimate? I've never-seen this before.
