Fraudulent Debit Card Charge for $82.90

I also had an identical encounter at Arco Gasoline in La. I've never patronized that organization before and I'll absolutely wont return there. On Sunday morning (11/28/10) I ripped as much as the push and applied my bank card in the exterior final. I picked the push and delivered to push my gasoline with no gasoline arrived. I went inside to see the clerk and was informed that my card wasn't approved and also to spend inside. I paid $20.00.45 company cost, moved the gasoline, and examined the exterior final to ensure deal was ended. I tested my banking account two nights later and there is one more cost of $82.90 date-stamped exactly the same evening whilst the $20.00 cost two hours after. I talked using the operator who had been EXCESSIVELY rude and supplied him with my bank statements. He'd the audacity to inform me that I should have delivered back again to the gasoline stop to fill my container... BTW I-drive a Toyota Highlander or I offered somebody my card! I approached my lender who's currently examining this issue, combined with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
