Charging unlisted fees when returning car

When returning the car to the office, they charged me an extra $40 for an "airport charge". However, they are no where near the airport, I was driven there by a friend (didn't take a shuttle) and returned the car to the same office.
I will never use Payless again. They are a ripoff.
