Company did not pay agreed bonus

I had been finished from Apollo Motorhomes LLC on September 3rd 2009. I had been informed upon my firing that I'd obtain 14 days spend along with my present owed earnings my reward look for promoting extra items which was currently a few months over-due. Our immediate boss stated that with-in 48-hours in the 3rd of Sept I'd obtain this cost. This didn't occur, It really required them 8 times to deposit simply my owed salaries and 1 months pay. And so I am absent 1 months pay with no reward check. From the 14th of March I sent a contact to Individual Rescourses regarding my owed cash & didn't get a reaction till March 18th. The reaction stated that as a result of short-fall throughout a period of time before I had been used using the organization that I'd not obtain my reward cash & that I had been never guarantee 1 extra months pay. The corporation ripped me off & I'd wish that anyone considering employed by the corporation make it happen salaries ahead of time.
