I have been scamed by this dealers

Hi, my name is Bao Nguyen. On May 14th I decided to buy a Nissan Altima 2006 so I made deposit $3000 and came back the day after to take the car home. I already checked it before I made a deposit and everything was ok. Meanwhile, on the way I took it home and I realized there are somethings wrong with the engine, the brake was starting not to work smoothly, the door's panel was already broken, two covers' seat was torn off. I called them immediately, asking about what happened and they said: " now, the car is yours, there is not my responsibility", and hanged up the phone. I called them again to ask for canceling the contract and they answered me: "you can't". I couldn't find out why until I read the contract again, yes, I already signed on " the contract cancellation option refused or unavailable". One week later, i brought my car to dealer for tune-up, it cost more than $500 and they told me that the engine was not the original one. It means that the car's engine also were replaced while David told me that the original one. I started to find out more information about this dealer, I realized that they are cheaters and liars, David and Alex. Another problem, I already paid the License fees, registration/transfer/titling fees but the only thing I got is the registration paper. Now, it is almost 5 months.

P/S: First time, i felt very frustrated and angry about this dealer ships. But i think it was my fault because i didn't check the car well. Now i read a lot of consumer complaintss about this dealers and know that there are many victims as well as me. I can't ignore those cheaters and let them scamed on the customers. So i decided to write this report to put them down. I still wonder: How can they do such a business in America? I thought it only happened in my poor country Vietnam.
