The transactiondetails are as follows: (incld. $300 for an original stereo unit) Amount: 15,600.00 U.S. Dollars (USD) Wire date 07/14 Transaction number 233176333 The payment was confirmed by Mr. T Kono in his email datedJuly 27. Ever since the car was paid in full on July 14, Ivenever heard from him. I had to call him on the phone to have him confirm thereceipt of money. Email after email, phone call after phone call, he justwouldnt send me the bill of ladding. According to Mr. Kono, he shipped the caron Aug. 28, half month later than he promised. As of Sept 28, he still couldntproduce any shipping document, nor could he tell me the whereabouts of my car. On Sept 29, after I heard from him on the phone for the last time, he would noteven answer the phone. To my knowledge, Mr. T. Kono has been subject to manycomplaints with Japan External Trade Organization in Nairobi, and is familiarto employees there. His name was immediately recognized by emploey at Jetro.
