Everything was going smoothly untill the bank denied my loan because of overpricing. The owner did not want to refund the down payment paid ONLY to hold the car. We agreed about how I would get the refund if the bank fell through, and even signed it onto the car's perchase order. I'm still currently trying to get the refund, even after a letter of denial faxed over by the bank's loan officer and a warning of a letter to the States Attourney General's Office and Better Buisness Bureau. It might even come down to a lawsuit. So I wouldn't reccomend this dealer unless you enjoy scumbag crooks and overpriced cars.
