Unknown auto loan entry on credit report I never opened

Because of an assault in my building by another tenant, which has left me unable to type for nearly two years due to injury to my hand, I decided to check my credit report and found a very creative entry.

I live in NY. I have never had a NY drivers' license nor bought a car in NY or any other state, and under no circumstances would I ever considering doing business with Capital One in any of its configurations or entities so it is interesting to me to see this entry on my credit report when everyone who knows me is well aware that I don't drive, have never driven and have no interest in driving!
