Jumbo auto is just a rip-off

I bought a 2003 f450 dump truck from jumbo auto, the sales rep was a guy who goes by the name joe. The agreed upon price was $12800, i authorised joe over the phone to charge my credit card for that amount but instead he charged me $17800, so i called him, told him he charged me $5000 more the what we agreed upon, then he said he would look into it and call me back, i never got a call back from joe so then i called him back, he never took my call and never call me back, so i called my bank they told me i must get a letter faxed to them from jumbo stating that they will not be charging me for the $5000 which is over, so i called the sales manager which is kevin, kevin told me over the phone that he would write the letter and fax it to my bank right away, three days went by the letter was never faxed to my bank, so i called kevin back, then he wouln't take my calls the secretery keeps telling either he's in a meeting or he's with a customer, same thing with joe, so i asked to speak to someone in accounting which is joan, she was so rude to me after ripping me off for $5000 she telling that she's not writing me any letter then hang up, now she refuse to take my call. My advise to all buyers out there, dont buy from jumbo auto truck plaza, they are nothing but rip-offs.
