My husband bought a new Rondo from these scoundrels. They had annoying ads all over the TV claiming you could get one for $12,900. I had heard bad things from people about these characters. My husband went anyway. He traded in his car, for which he still owed a small amount. He bought the car and 2 days later we got pounding rain that lasted almost a month. Shortly after it started raining, (next day), while driving the car, it sounded like an ocean in the front end and water would drip out into the front passenger side. When he brought it back, he was told they couldn't get to it for about a week, they couldn't provide a rental, he'd have to leave the car and they implied that he was lying. He brought the car to another Kia dealer, who fixed it immediately, gave him a rental and told him that the people who buy from Fucillo become their best customers.
Then when he looked at thenew car loan from his bank, it included a refinance on his old loan. They had never paid off the previous loan, as agreed on. Currently he is working with his bank to rectify this egregious error, but this is similar to other stories I have heard. Most folks won't go public with these stories. They feel stupid for being cheated. Let me tell you, neither me nor my husband are stupid nor are we fools. I refuse to use obscene language or behave in any way that would shatter my reputation. Just the facts. Hope it helps to either put these men out of business or force them to behave within the law.
