Cash Call, First Bank & Trust
Ripoff, charging 8% interest a day and the loan is growing higher each day

My husband and I were having a tight month and we talked about Cash Call. We waited 3 weeks before we made a move to call cash call.

The Rep was nice enough. It took 2 days before the loan was processed. I had my husband to asked if there would be a penalty for paying off early and the Rep said oh no that will only make it better for you on your credit. So we did every thing that was needed and that is when we saw that cash call charges 99% interest on their loans and that we were going to be paying almost $10,000 back on a $2,600.00 loan minus $75.00 for the processing fee.
Now my husband and I are going to come into some money and we want to pay off the loan... My husband called cash call last week and asked how much it would be to pay off the loan and we were told that $2,620.00 is the pay off amount. I could not understand how we only took out a $2,600.00 loan and now we owe $20.00 more than we borrowed.

Now today 10/16, my husband called and was told that NOW we would have to pay back $2,726.03 in order to pay the loan back in full. Cash call has taken $278.00 the first payment and $218.00 each month after that and the loan is going up.
Finally, my husband spoke with a Rep and that person told my husband that we are being charged 8% per day on the money and that it will continue to go up every day.
That is something that is NOT explained to anyone that is borrowing money from these people.

I will not ever do this again. This is robbery and these people should be locked up for stealing from consumers.
