Liars, Wheezels, Cheaters, Not worth their word, tell you anything to make a sale

My husband and I bought a 2006 Trailblazer from Dealmaker Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Watertown. The back bumper was dented bad and split, it needed to be replaced (was told it would be before we signed papers). The rear passenger side door was dented at the crease between it and the front passenger door and would pop and chip paint everytime you opened the door. There are also two lights that come on for now reason, the stabelizer and the slick road lights.

I told them about these approx. Two days after getting the truck when I noticed it. I did carry it to their bodyshop and the guy looked it over and called and told them what it needed. They told him they were not going to fix it after they had told us the day we bought it before we signed the papers that the bumper would be fixed and then our sales lady told us that the others would be fixed too. To this day nothing has been fixed. They told us they would sell us the bumper at cost and then we would have to pay for labor.

UMMM... Hello, it was that way when you sold it to me and said it would be fixed before I signed the papers, so why are you now going to try to screw me over. My husband wanted to take the truck back up there and tell them to shove it up their rears, but we had already sold our car and I needed a way for me and my daughter to get home to GA because my husband was being deployed overseas to Iraq. What a way to treat the very people that fight for your freedom and you use that freedom to screw people. I am glad that they are so grateful... I hope everyone knows that statement was meant sarcastically.

I don't know that I would ever buy another vehicle from them after this experience and I have told everyone that I know about it. I have also heard similiar stories, so I know I am not just a one time deal. I hope that no one else gets taken by them.
