I let a truck go back to the finance company after being told it wont go against me. This company called at all hours of the day and night, up to 4 times a day. I had to hire a lawyer to quit calling

My ex-husband financed a truck in mine and his name with a bank and the bank used consumer portfolio svc to collect their payments. We got divorced and he desided not to make the payments anymore so I called CPS and they told me if I can make 2 of the payments then, I could keep it. Well then they desided they wanted it back right then and it would not go against me it would go against my ex-husband. Then the phone calls started after they got the truck. The loan went against me not him and they would not stop calling me. I was getting phone calles every day no matter what time it was they called even in the middle of the night and on sundays. I had to pay for a lawyer so the phone calls would stop. The people were very rude and didnt care if I didnt have a job they wanted money and all I got was false statements so they could get what they wanted. They lied to me and cost me money I didnt have to hire a lawyer. Dont ever deal with these people cause they Lie and give false hope.
