Buyers beware! Big rip off company! Baton rouge

My husband is in the military and while he was deployed to iraq he mentioned a truck he saw on a website that he really wanted.

So i went to the dealer and got the truck and unbeknownest to me it was financed by a rip off company (crescent bank&trust). They required me to put $4000 dn and pay $435 a month. My husband wanted the truck so i did so.

I had sent my payments in every month before the due date. I was sending it with the payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. I recieved a call 2 months later saying they hadn't recieved my payment for the last 2 months and i was up for repo. Unless i money grammed them $1100 by 10A.M. That morning, which was about 15 minutes after she called me.

I told her i had been mailing my payments to the address i was provided, and she went on to say that that office was no longer there due to hurricane katrina and that my payment was more than likely lost in the mail. Not my fault at all, so she went on to tell me that the clock was ticking and i needed to get my payment there now or i'd be repoed that night.

Whatever! Well i made that payment and i have been nothing but harrassed since. A new lady calls me (mrs. Nealy) and tells me that my husband is a stupid a* man for letting me handle our bills and then she continues with calling him and telling him the exact thing and follows by calling his employer to tell him we're bad people and we don't pay our bills.

His employer talked with my husband and my husband explains to him whats going on and whats been going on since we got financed by this crappy company. He advised him to refinance with another company and sue the pants off this company.

They are still calling us with threatening calls. I have contacted the supervisor of mrs. Nealy and her name was carol dugas, she was just as rude and nasty as mrs. Nealy.

As soon as i can get refinanced i am going to give these people a good shot of my mind. They have no respect for the military, t he people that keep their sorry a*es free to continue harrasse people.

These people need to be stopped.
