Fogles automotive, Fogles auto Had purchased a car on aug 01,09 2 days later car would not start towed to dealership problems never fixed returned car on the 24th of aug had car 24 days only and car was defective!

I purchased a car from fogles auto inc. The car was purchased then driven home from dealer with a warranty of 1000 miles or 30 days. The car would not start after 2 days of having car from dealer and called. The dealer then told me he would tow the car in free of charge to fix the reasons why the car would not start. Car then was returned to me 3 days later after then saying they so called fixed my used vehichle.
After purchasing the car and problems starting to happen two days after purchasing I then began to have problems everyday car would not start brakes were making noises when pushed down. Car making loud noises coming from hood. I then called the dealer back went there and still problems were not fixed mind you I had a warranty for the car to be fixed and still did not have the car even a week
After all this headache and trouble of me dealing with the car not running everyday car would not start the checkenginesoon light was on every minute of everyday car would not start or would shut off when it did. Not only that after attempts to start the car battery would then die and the car would be dead.
After several calls and attempts to get this car repaired as it was sold to me defective. I called on the 24th of aug spoke with the person whom sold me the car they agreed for me to bring the car back that was defective for a refund of downpayment or to get placed into another vehichle, With the several problems I was dealing with this vehichle from this shop why would I want another one to go through more head ache and problems stress and not being able to even drive the vehichle I purchase.
So we both agreed because the car was defective that I could return car for downpayment when I got there only have the car 24 days mind you and it was undrivable mostly the whole time. They gave me a check agreed that the car was defective and gave me a check for only half of my down payment keeping the other 750.00 for mva fees title tag ect. On the car.
I then left there upset mad that I had dealt with all of this called MVA to find out if in fact that money was used towards all of the mva fees as stated by dealer it was not. It was never paid to mva so I then called back the dealer. Now they are stating it's to repair the defective car and that's not my problem I should not have to pay for money for a defective car they agreed for me to return for them to resale it to someone else...
Now they are telling me if I go further then the bbb and go on with this they will sue me when they agreed because the car was defective that was the reason it was returned, Now they are considering it a volentary repossesion if I go any further but they agreed to the return for the defects and that's when I get mad and felt taken advantage of and feel they are being deceptive with me about where the other half of my money is. I feel taken advantage of and feel as if they are not standing behind the car as they should and as the warranty states and lying about where the money has went several times I just want my money back but nooooooo they kept it and then threaten me.

So this is my rip off report I have been lied to I have been ripped off I have been taken advantage of and threatend because of this and I feel that I should not give up and will not give up because of my rights! I feel that I was wronged and that this is very wrong on there part
