Missing strole

We offered Emirats atmosphere our baby stroler in the beginning of our journey back again to the claims whenever we got to Dubai airport thay informed us we shall have it in NYC JFK whenever we got to NYC we submitted a lost luggage claim directly after we couldn't find our stroler. We called and called and named, all Emirats repetitions may reveal is I'm sorry and provide us a phony quantity that no body ansers. I've been making messages with this # since Aug 28 with no one may call-back. I had been planing on traveling with Emirats each year but following this terrible expirance I'll never do this error again, and from what I continue reading grievances it appears like I'm not alone with this specific expereance, a lot more unfortunate passangers flying over seas with several bags and young children have endured. Therefore be recommended and worned DON'T TRAVEL EMIRATS!!!
