Would not honor 20% Service Discount as advertised in Mailer rec'd

I'd support done for that following products: Reset Fuel Gauge 119.95, Lazy bypass signal, examination of the motor Machine and gas pressure sys. 128.95,1 400-0020 Motorvac 24.50, Mat'ls 2.45.

Totalof $275.85 19.31 Texas. I confirmed the fix Repr the mailer which mentioned that the "20% discount on any support" could be provided. The fix repr mentioned that my repairs didnot be eligible for the discount because they didnot satisfy their requirements for relevant support.

In my opinion this is illegal because they must recognize what's been Adverised. I'm really disappointed using their resoning for rejecting the discount. I went their for support due to the discount and believe I've been robbed from the discount.
