Brought car in for body work. Relaced mirror and the plastic peice around the power window and door lock buttons with pieces that do not match.

Went a second time for the correct parts. Had to go a THIRD time due to wind noise from new mirror. Asked them to road test before returning my car to me. Claims he did, but wind noise is worse that before!!!

Also between first and second try, battery lost power and failed to start. This was either part of the accident and should have been billed to insurance or it was something that the shop did... Regardless, the battery was fine when I brought my car in, but I had to pay out of my own pocket to replace it.

Anyway, I gave them 3 tries to do the work correctly and they failed. I would not advise ANYONE to use their services. They are obvoisly not capable of doing a satisfactory job... And they had the nerve of writing up the paperwork as replaced parts to satisfy customer Uh, could have sworn that was your job!!!

As well as a commitment to restore the car to its original condition, not throw any old mismatched parts on it!!! To top it all off, they are rude too.
