He's nevertheless not delivered the bicycle and he will not return the cash. He wont return my calls, or answer his telephone. He did contact me once declaring again the bicycle was on the road. I came across a remark from him on his different site (minimoto) declaring he understood the bicycles weren't likely to be accessible when he got her cash.
