Ordered a Bike from Holeshotz and after a month of NO bike which was promised within a week I never got it. I had paid $624.00 for this and was to be my sons birthday present. When contacted he kept making excusses and said it was shipped from California but they dont have shipping numbers when they ship with freight companys. I have since learned this is nothing but a lie! To make a long story short I contacted the credit card company and told them I never got my item and they gave him 30 days to prove he shipped it to me and I got it. Well of course he could not prove anything so the credit card company refunded my full amout back. Please be careful if you are dealing with this company check the BBB he has a rating of an F-
