I purchased a 20 inch bicycle manufactured by pacific-cycle, i purchased it from walmart. I have now found that bicycles purchased on sale have no warranty. This bicycle has been falling apart. I purchased this bicycle for my daughter's birthday, i am a single mother and this purchased was saved for. Also, my daughter can not ride this bicycle, until it is repaired. I need help with this situation.
