After coming to get a trip at4:00pm 8/13/09 on Airtran that was suppose to depart at 5:55 to obtain the trip has become postponed we eventually boarded. We lay about the driveway for just two hours not departing till after 7 (which we were suppose to reach in Woodstock. At 7:30). (I actually requested may I log off the airplane following the first-hour plus they stated 'NO').

Our connecting flight was to depart at 10:10 to Los Angeles. We didn't appear until 10:15 (connecting trip eliminated) plus they stated they might not place me on another trip until 11:55 the next evening.

They provided no comps, no resort, no food NOTHING. I requested might they simply send me back again to Philadelphia where I began given that they had 1 more trip out that evening plus they stated when they got me back that I woul need to spend my very own method to LA. They'd not really compensation that.

After begging they ultimately gave me a discount voucher to get a resort, nevertheless charging ME 60.00.
